The following places to ride are BMX tracks/Trail parks located in public parks. They are open for recreational riding from sun up to sun down, except during scheduled races or poor weather.

 

Pleasanton Bike Park serves all riding levels, from young beginners to seasoned riders. There is a BMX track great for beginners and young children. The park offers over 40 jumps to choose from which makes it excellent for the more experienced and those on dirt jumping bikes or mountain bikes.

 

This popular 2.75 acre City facility is located at 3320 Stanley Blvd (near Shadow Cliffs Regional Recreation Area) and offers a large riding area, portable restrooms, parking, picnic tables and a viewing area.

 

 

Sunken Gardens Bicycle Stunt Course & Livermore BMX are located in public parks and open for recreation throughout the year, weather permitting.

 

The bicycle stunt course offers a 6,500 sq ft area of fun with a six-foot half-pipe, quarter-pipes, a street spine and a concrete barrier that can be used by all skill levels. Sunken Gardens Bicycle Stunt Course and Skate Park are located at 3800 Pacific Ave

 

Livermore BMX track is located in Bill Payne Sports Park at 5800 Patterson Pass Rd (the corner of Patterson Pass & Vasco Rd.) This 965 ft long race track is great for beginners and challenging for experienced riders.

 

 

San Ramon BMX is a fun BMX track excellent for the beginner and testing for the expert levels. The track is open to the public for recreational use, free of charge, dawn to dusk, every day except during poor weather.

 

The track is located at in Memorial Park. Exit I-680 at Bollinger Canyon Rd, Turn West onto Bollinger Canyon Rd, Just past San Ramon Valley Blvd you will find the park and the track on the left side.

 

After school BMX training program to begin Fall 2009 at San Ramon BMX. More details to follow.
